ZoukOut is Singapore’s legendary beach dance festival, an all-night party on the sand at Sentosa that famously runs right through to sunrise over a weekend in early December 2026. Singapore sits almost on the equator, so the story here is simple and relentless: it is hot and extremely humid, day and night, with barely any drop after dark. Why a tee is the hero here

Getting around during the festival
The festival is on Sentosa, an island resort just off the south of Singapore, and getting on and off it at peak times is the thing to plan for. Public transport in Singapore is excellent and heavily air-conditioned, which is the one place a light layer earns its keep on the way in and out, but the crush to leave Sentosa when an all-night event ends at sunrise is real, so be patient and agree a plan with your group. Screenshot the last-train and shuttle times, and keep some stored value on your transport card so you are not stuck at a machine.
One practical tip that ties back to the clothes: pack light, keep a sealed bag for your phone and a dry spare tee, and do not bring anything you have to babysit.
